Our purpose is to create wealth and value, contributing, simultaneously, for a sustainable development, at several levels, that is to say, using all the necessary resources in a responsible and rationalised way, while protecting the environment. In order to achieve these goals:

• We produce mushrooms having into account all criteria regarding the biological way of production and agricultural good practices.

• Presently, we use biomass as a complement to electricity and gas.

• We reuse the substrate used in mushrooms production.

• We trade the substrate so it can be used for agricultural and horticultural purposes, due to its high content in organic matter and excellent nourishing properties.

• We transform the substrate into biomass, a "clean" energy source.

• We implement a water utilisation system, which allows us to solve all the needs at the production level and, simultaneously, to fulfil all criteria regarding consumption rationalization and reuse.

• We use technologies that allow us to rationalise electrical power consumption.

• We are investing in the use of biomass as the main power source, aiming the reduction of electricity and gas consumption to residual levels.

• We recycle all the packages that we produce.

The daily implementation of these measures and the developed investigation aiming new processes and technologies, translates our respect for Nature as a responsibility.
